Le 6 juillet 2013, pour sa 38e dition, Carifiesta, la parade, haute en couleurs envahira le centre-ville de Montr al. Plus de 100,000 spectateurs de toutes origines et visiteurs de l ext rieur de Montr al sont attendus et tre t moins de l expression de gaiet et de qui est si caract ristique de la communaut antillaise. Pendant des heures, les danseurs et spectateurs vibreront et danseront sur les rythmes Latin et afro-antillais. La parade inclura des fardiers d cor s avec les couleurs des diff rentes les et groupes repr sent s ainsi que des danses traditionnelles exotiques sans oublier les costumes remplis de plumes port s par les danseurs. Carifiesta is immensely colorful parade that will take over the streets of the Montreal downtown area. Over 100,000 people are expected to attend this annual carnival which gathers people of all origins in the expression of the joy and light heartedness associated to the Caribbean people. For hours, the participants and spectators will vibrate and dance to the rhythm of the Latin West-Indian and afro-caribbean music.
